Submitting Agenda Items

Please follow these guidelines to submit agenda items for a Board of Governors meeting:

  • Board meeting materials must be submitted to the President's Office by Monday noon, two weeks prior to the meeting.
  • Each resolution/item should be emailed to BoardAgenda@missouristate.edu as a Word or Excel attachment.
  • A single email may contain multiple resolutions, but each resolution/item must be attached as a separate document.
  • If a document cannot be presented as a Word or Excel document, it must be submitted to the President's Office in an agreed-upon format.
  • Agenda items are subject to approval by the President's Office. Every attempt is made to post the agenda one week prior to the applicable Board of Governors meeting.
