Aloha from the Marketing
Department! |
|
Aloha. The traditional Hawaiian welcome or hello, seems appropriate this
month as several of our featured articles offer a decidedly Hawaiian
theme. We didn’t intentionally start out that way, but it seemed
natural, given the email comments we’ve received in the last few weeks
from alumni who make or have made Hawaii home. And, as
many of you know, Dr. Robert Luke also spent much of his youth in the
Aloha state. All three of these individuals have another common
denominator as well; their stories are unique and interesting.
Speaking of emails from alumni, keep them coming. We are constantly
amazed at the incredible things our marketing people are doing. The
impact you are having as entrepreneurs, in the corporate world, and in
your communities are truly inspiring. So if you haven’t done so, drop us
a letter or email to help us keep up with you. Or, go to our newsletter
directory, and take the time to email a favorite professor. Hearing the
stories of our current and past students is one of the major rewards of
teaching.
So, aloha. Sit back, relax, enjoy, and, by all means, read on. |
