You do not need to fill out the remainder of the form below (you may want to enter just an email address in the form below if you want to verify the email address that we will send the information to. Otherwise, you can just scroll to the bottom of this page and click the submit button).

If you checked NO, then you need to complete the remainder of the form below, and we will create an account for you and send you an email with a web link and instructions on how to get started.

If you are not sure whether or not you have an account, we will check your status for you and create the account if necessary and send you an email with a web link and instructions on how to get started. You will need to fill in the remaining form fields below.

The Project ACCESS Community of Practice is a web-based networking site for autism consultants, parents, special education teachers, other classroom teachers, school administrators, speech pathologists, process coordinators, occupational therapists, counselors, early childhood education specialists, paraprofessionals, and others.  Through it, members will be able to share information and ideas, and network with others. In addition, participants will be able to take advantage of opportunities to "ask an expert."

Upon receiving your account request, a Project ACCESS staff member will create a unique username and password for you (you will be asked to change the temporary password on your first visit) and email it to you, along with a web link for accessing the site.
